Stratasys F370
STR370: Learning the Stratasys F370

Stratasys F370

Industrial FDM 3D printer

3D printing has changed the way that the manufacturing industry creates things. Industrial 3D printers can create objects in materials such as carbon fiber, concrete, or medical-grade materials for applications in construction, engineering, and medicine. Printers such as the Stratasys Fortus 450MC have become common sights in aerospace and automotive labs.

The Stratasys F370 is an industrial printer that specializes in flexible rubber-like materials. We've used our F370 to print prototypes of airless wheels and diamond meshes. It's a popular printer for makers taking senior design courses, as it prints quickly and can import printable models directly from CAD softwares like SolidWorks. It's also a great bridge between desktop FDM printers and the larger Fortus printer, as it employs features from both.
