LAS120: Introduction to Full Spectrum Pro-Series Laser Cutter

Full Spectrum PS36

Laser system

Laser cutting is a process by which a laser cartridge blasts a stream of photons onto a material to cut or engrave it. The process requires training and presents unique risks, but results are unlike those of other subtractive manufacturing methods (such as CNC milling). If you've ever seen videos of phone engraving, you've seen laser cutting.

Our Full Spectrum PS36 laser cutter is a professional grade system capable of almost anything. It was designed for industry-scale production and high usage, making it a powerful and reliable tool. The PS36 can cut through wood, acrylic, and cardboard effortlessly. It can also engrave glass, metals, PCBs, and more. One maker even used the PS36 to engrave beautiful wood block photos of his family - a wonderful present for any occasion.
