The EOS M100 metal printer is a sintering printer designed for small-batch products including medical implants and machinery parts. The machine features a 200-watt fiber laser with a diameter of 40 micrometers; parts made on the EOS are precise and durable. The EOS can print with materials including titanium, cobalt chrome, and stainless steel - giving it applications in fields from aerospace to medical.

Our EOS M100 represents the cutting edge of what 3D printing can do. We primarily use it for research, but have seen some personal projects on it. One of the more interesting pieces to come from the EOS is our beloved chain-link spinning top - an intricate toy with a fully articulated chain-link skirt around the edge. Other projects that have been done on the EOS include motorcycle gasket replacements and aerodynamics stress tests.
